i have a simonton window with a broken part, as seen in the photo

Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made. However you should be able to replace it with our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. We have a video that explains how. Check it out below and let me know if you have questions.
