looking for this left hand window operator from truth

A contractor from Livonia Michigan says:

printed on the bottom are the numbers 05312004 2341. under these sequence of numbers stamped in the metal there is the number 4 by itself, and then the numbers 45251. I was having a hard time locating this exact part and I am also unsure of the color. please let me know what you think
