looking for window parts

Hi,

I'm looking for some parts:

1. I need a pivot bar for a tilt out window. no markings on the window to tell what the manufacture is. the pivot bar is 3 1/4 inches long and is stamped 6247. Attached are some images of a good one: img_9629 & img_9630.

2. IMG_9525 & IMG_9626 are broken parts, IMG_27 is a good one.

3. The window won't stay still while raised. I can send you the image of the balance tomorrow.

Thanks for posting, and for the clear pictures. Starting with the pivot bar, I would recommend our 26-366. For the top tilt latches, start with the 26-243 and 26-244. I think these will work, I would just confirm the dimensions are the same. Finally, the balance system might be our Series 795 channel balance, but I'm not sure. When you do take pictures, please make sure we can see how it installs at the top.
