looking to identify door so I can purchase replacement parts

Question

The double roller has a part number stamped on the inside. I can't read all of it. It ends with 116K-5. I need all sorts of parts for these doors, as I have 5 installed in my house. I cannot find a manufacturer's label anywhere. Your help is appreciated.

This is an odd one. It looks like our 81-018 roller, but with the tabs cut off. How does this attach to the door? I see nowhere for screws to attach.

As for the lock and handle, see our 82-005, along with either our 82-042 or 82-306.
