lost patio door lock

I bought the home in 2008 and the builder is
D R Horton. I could not locate any info on the door. I have attached pics.

Please start by looking at our 82-035 handle set. This closely resembles your hardware. Also, if you just need the turning lever, consider our 82-106. For the mortise lock, see our 82-218.

Ok, Will the parts come with the screws? Is it better to order online or can i call in?

Yes, two installation screws are included with the 82-035 handle set. You can see more information on the 82-035 store page.
