Do you have a replacement part for old Malta casement window crank set number 30350. The pins have rusted out on all of ours making the windows useless. I see on your site that this appears to be a common problem.

I'm afraid that number doesn't tell us what operator it is you have. Can you remove the entire operator from the window and show me a picture of it for us to see?

Sending a picture of the crank unit on my old Malta window units. This one doesn't happen to be broken.

Thank you. Depending on the size of the arm, it could be something like our 39-028E or 39-013. Look these over and see what you think.
