marked (01/3) Unique 27-C-30

Question

Metal channel is 28 inches long, part is marked "Unique 27-C-30". Nothing looks broken, but block and tackle mechanism with the string doesn't appear to work anymore. Have another window with similar parts, marked "Unique 27-B-20".

Hello! We don't sell this exact balance, but I believe you can use our Series 795 as a replacement. I believe yours is just an older version of ours; despite their stylistic differences it should still work more or less the same.

The one major difference that concerns me is the length and stamp. Our spring rating is a little different for the S795-28 than it is compared to your original. You may very well need the 28C stamp but I wouldn't bet on it just yet. Instead, weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on the S795-28 store page to guarantee the best weight option.
