Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Pivot Shoe and Coil Balance spring that is no longer made. Because of this, we've devised a substitute. You can use our 15-259 Pivot Shoe instead; however it will require you replacing the coil springs with the Series 159 instead. The video below shows how.
