Your mortise lock resembles our 82-265 depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. We do not carry a replacement for your handle but it is possible that you could use something like our 82-030 handle set. Keep in mind that you would need to drill new installation holes and even then, more modifications may be necessary and we can't guarantee that it would work. Take a look and see what you think.
