matching window coil balance for amerimax window vw4900dh

Could you help me to identify what's the right type of coil balance spring and shoes I need to order to replace my current broken spring? it's a double hung amerimax window wv4900DH type, do you need me to get a weight of window?

Hey there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks Bob for quick pointer, I think you're right, how do I pick the right weight of Series 152 spring? I have 3 similar windows that I plan to replace all spring and pviot shoe (even though only 2 of sprint are broken) but since it has been may years, I thought it's better to replace all 6 pivot shoe/spring new, they look similar size/weight to me, so should I just take one down and get the weight of it and use it to order the type of spring?

There should be strength numbers stamped on the original coil springs. If not, you'll need to weigh the sash divided by the number of coils used on both sides to choose the corresponding strength options.
