Thanks for your post! Your coil balance shoe is the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. You'll need look for any stamps/markings on the metal coil to confirm the springs needed to complete your assembly.

Your coil support can be replaced with the 15-150D Coil Double Support.

To replace your pivot bar, consider the 26-021 and the 26-360. Carefully look over each of their dimensions to determine which of these might be the best fit.
