need part number One of the windows balancer cords broke. stamp on balancer shows 20 4 FQ. Balancer measures 22 inch including plastic part

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 21", not 22". That said, I would recommend either our S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the size of the bottom shoe.

Thx for options. I have gone with the 385. Metal channel length is 21
