milgard window channel balance

I have two broken channel balances in a milgard window. The stamp on the channel balance says: "29 3 JO Caldwell". Can you tell me which model I need to buy for replacement?

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer you an applicable replacement for your channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information regarding your bottom shoe.
Please look at our 15-004 and 15-005 and note their depths. They are 1-3/32" and 1", respectively. Which one more closely matches your shoe? Can you also tell me what the length of your channel is? Please do not incorporate the plastic attachments in your measurements. Once we have that information, we can suggest an appropriate channel balance for you! |

The length of the the channel is 30", not including the plastic attachments.
The shoe is closest to 1-3/32" in depth.
