missing channel balance and broken plastic connector

Hi,

Client has one window that is missing the spring altogether and another with a broken plastic connection to the spring. Unfortunately, I did not get measurements or better pics. No brand name present. Seemed like a cheaper window installed in a higher-end condo within the last 5 years.

Based on your photos, it looks like you have our 1-1/4" wide T-Lock shoe, which is our 15-195 and it goes on Series 795 channel balance.
