missing part of the shoe?

I'm not sure, but guessing this is really an upside down 6+6, so it could be the S140-18.
I can't seem to remove it, but every video I watch about this involves putting the bottom of the sham into the bottom of this piece, and both sides look like the bottom of this shoe is missing. (and there's no cover?)

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I agree that our Series 140 looks like a good match. Yours looks different because it's damaged beyond us. You'll need to remove it and replace it. Just make sure that your window within the 35 through 36.99 lbs weight range listed on the S140-18 store page. You don't want to guess on that and I'm not sure why they would print that code upside-down. It's safer to just weigh your sash and be sure.
