multi-point handle locking system

Quick Learner from Florida
Hi, I have a multi-point handle locking system on my slider. The interior locking lever is loose and seems to be falling out. Both the internal locking arm (in the slider) and keeper assemblies (in the jamb), are operational, and the brass is still perfect ... after 16 years. My question is, what model of inside/outside handles are compatible with the multi-point system. My handles do not have a key lock, just the indoor flat lever lock.
Thanks for the assist

Hey there. Can you send us photos of the mortise lockset in question? That will help narrow down all your choices.

Thanks for getting back to me. This is the 82-265 Mortise Lock. It will work with a handle set like the 82-089 or keyed 82-086. Make sure the mortise lock isn't broken and the cause of the failure. To find out, remove the handle set and try manually throwing the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then it also needs to be replaced.

Hi, just to be sure, before ordering, the 82-089 (white, black, or bronze) will operate the multi-point mortice locking system, correct? Will the 82-090 Satin nickel or brass also operate the same system? Thanks, again

Yep! The 82-089 or 82-090 are compatible with the same mortise locks, including the 82-265. Let me know if you have further questions.
