Question

we need to replace the broken piece and nylon part that is at the end of the spring for these windows. The spiral on your website has a black nylon thingy that is round and not slotted like the one we have . I have included 3 photos to show the missing and broken piece as well as the end of the window that has the metal part that fits into to the nylon piece.

I'm afraid yours is an older model that has been discontinued. The closest shoe we have is our 15-047, which is 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" thick. The tilt bar that goes with it is our 26-040.
