I need a replacement channel balance as well as the metal clip (see first picture) for mildgard window. thanks

I need one balance and the metal clip that goes into the window frame. Do you know if that is included with the balance or needs to be ordered separate?

Sorry for missing that part of your post. I believe you're referring to the take out clip, which is sold separately under the 16-002. You will have to add it to your cart after you add the balance.
