Thanks for reaching out! It appears you have the 39-290 Andersen Lock Bezel used along with the 39-291 Andersen Lock Handle. Look over the design and measurements of these parts to determine if this is what you are searching for.

These are typically used the the Andersen Tandem Locks.

i need the lockbar as well. send part numbers for lockbar.

from the inside of the house you can see the outside soem kind of plastic tongue on the lock broke snapped in half.

There are two different tandem locks we carry and both are sold in a left and right side. To confirm which of these is the right replacement for the lock bar you need, look over the dimensions to confirm the length and the design to confirm which side you need. 

There is the short Andersen Tandem locks which are parts 38-147 and 38-148 and the long Andersen Tandem Locks, parts 38-149 and 38-150. Compare the dimensions to confirm which of these is the right fit for your window. If the tops of your hardware face the opposite direction, you'll need the opposite side.
