Replacement flush mount internal locking mechanism for an Andersen Perma-Sheld Improved E-Z casement window. This long tandem lock is used on casement windows that measure greater than 52-13/16" and less than or equal to 71-7/8". See 38-150 for the opposite handed version of this lock.

Casement Window handle is falling as locking piece fell

I have this casement window which was installed before I bought the home. It seems I miss a small piece to keep the handle on the system. The first picture is the current issue, the second, with white paint on it, has the small steel piece that helps hold the handle.
