need custom balance that is 28 inches.

We should be able to supply a replacement for this balance, but I can't quite make out what you have. There should be a shoe of some sort at the bottom end of your balance. Can you show me a picture of that? Can you also tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads? Finally, how many did you need?

Thanks for the reply it has marking of 28F I need two with shoes

Thanks! This will have to be a custom order, due to its configuration. We would basically use an S795-28, but we'd change the top clip for a 15-198 hook and the bottom shoe for the 1" wide 15-194. The only issue is the stamp, 28F, which we current'y don't have as an option. Please give me a little time to confirm that we can supply that.

In the meantime, look over the hardware I mentioned to confirm that everything matches up. I'll try to get back to you soon.
