I'm not sure what may have happened. All of our balances come with their nylon attachments pre-installed without exception. We would have to intentionally remove the attachments before we ship for a balance to come without them.

The numbers you gave us also don't match anything in our inventory. Those are not SWISCO part numbers. Are you sure you ordered your balances from us? I think you may have us confused for another company. Either way, we can help, but we will need to see pictures of your original balance so that we can identify what you need. In the meantime, I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
