need correct sash guide please

Good Morning,

I purchased the S385-28 channel balance and now realized that I need sash guides as well. I cannot seem match identically mine with the options shown on your website.

Please help, thank you

Many thanks for your correspondence. We carry the new style of this top sash guide, the 18-171. This guide has a taller cap than your old one. To use it on your sash, just cut down the top cap to fit your sash.
