need help

I have two of these windows in my bathroom, and we have recently misplaced the cranks.

The company name is Caradco, and apart from the pictures I am enclosing here, I have no additional information on the size of the crank. I remember what they looked like, but I don't know much more.

Would it be possible for you to help me identify what I need to replace them so we can open the windows again?

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but I need to see the link arm(s) in the back of the operator to sure. Can you unlock the window and manually push it open? A picture of the entire operator assembly from a bird's eye view would help a ton. I suspect you might have something like the 39-155 and 39-156, but that's not necessarily the case, and without seeing the whole assembly I cannot be certain. If you get the window open and see the operator does resemble this dual-arm setup, compare with the dimensions below and let me know if it matches up. If it doesn't or you are uncertain, send pictures and we'll see what we can find.

Thanks for your help.
Here are the pictures of the rest of the mechanism.

Thank you! That does appear to match our 39-155 and 39-156. Your next step at this stage should be to carefully review the dimensions I posted in the diagram above and compare them to your original assembly. If they differ in any way, let me know how and we can try to find a better option for you.

Thanks for the response. Before I measure I just want to clarify that I only need the window crank handles. Not the opening mechanism itself. Do I still need to measure?

Do you have what you need to suggest the correct crank handle?

Thanks so much.

I'm sorry for the confusion! I did not understand that. In this industry, "crank" is usually used to denote the operator mechanism itself. My apologies.

In that case, my recommendation would be either the 39-114L handle or the 39-205, which is the same style but can fold. Both of these will be fully compatible with your original operator.
