Thanks for posting! Your coil balance assembly appears to be our Series 140 Quick-Tilt coil balance assembly. The only part of this assembly sold separately is the shoe, so if you are looking replace the coil, you'll need to replace the entire assembly.

With that said, to determine which of the Series 140 balances is the right replacement, you'll need to check the coil or the balance cover for any stamps that might indicate the spring strength. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
