Hello,

The part in your photo resembles the 15-194 T-lock shoe. Take a look and compare an undamaged version to the specifications below.

If you need the entire assembly, this show is used with the S795-16 (16C) channel balance. You'll need to confirm if the clip at the end of the pulley cord matches the screw tab that comes with the stock balance. If you have a hook like the 15-198, we can still supply replacement balances but it would need to be a custom order. Thank you!
