need help identifying channel balance

I think we can help with this balance, but it might have to be a custom order. Before I suggest anything, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Can you also show me a clear, unobstructed view of the pivot shoe?

Thank you foryour support
The metal channel is 30 inches long
The stamp on it is "30B RE(small) BS1
I attach what I believe is the pivot shoe from another window as the one from balance broke off.
If you require any other information please doi not hesitate.

Thank you! So, this balance is a match for our S795-30 channel balance, which has a 30" long metal channel and a 1-1/4" wide pivot shoe attached to the bottom end. However our balance uses a screw tab at the top, rather than a hook like yours.
We can still help, but this might have to be a custom order since the hook isn't a stock option. I'd like to exhaust our other options before we go down that route. To that end, I'd like to see the hole where the hook installs. It should either be square, round, or a slot. We're looking for square.
I'd also like you to check the width of the pivot shoe, if at all possible. Like I mentioned above, our Series 795 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe, but there are other options. I want to ensure we get you the right one, especially if this does end up having to be custom made.
Lastly, how many of these did you need to buy in total?

The shoe located in the bottom of the window is in the picture attached ( if that is what you mean by "shoe") , i am not familiar with the terms.
The shoe is in a cruve at bottom of the window held by 2 #/ inch sheet metal screws.
The shoe is 2.5 inches long 5/16 inch wide and 3/16 thick ( at end of shoe is a T or slite flat head). There is a number in the shoe "231" but I could not remove the shoe to do further examination.
I would like to oredr 10 units if at a practicle price , I am aware of at least 5 that need replacement so best to get extra
Thanks in advance

I'm afraid what you're showing me here is the pivot bar, not the shoe. The shoe is the "T" shaped piece of plastic connected at the end of the balance. You can see an example of it on the Series 795 store paged, linked above. If you haven't already you should really look over that page and the information we show there to ensure that we're talking about the same things.
To reiterate, the Series 795 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe by default, but there are other sizes and at this stage I don't know what you might have. You need to remove one of your balances from the window and measure the width of that shoe so that we can get you the right hardware for the job.
I still also need to see the hole in the track where the hook installs, if at all possible.
