Hello, Jodi! I am familiar with this balance, yes. We actually sell its individual components separately, which are our 15-177 shoe and Series 152 coil spring. You'll need the stamp on the old spring to confirm the proper weight option.

You'll note that our 15-177 shoe looks a little different compared to your original, but it will work perfectly well with all existing parts without need for adaptation. It is a true replacement for your older style.
