lease see attached pictures of parts, attachment ends, etc.  The housing of the balance is 29” long and is white in color.  The spring inside is 16” long.  Please let me know if you need anything else.  Thank you.

Hi there!

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. It looks like your balance uses a terminal clip like the Series 770. However, your channel is ribbed instead of plain, which means this must be a custom order. Can you confirm the width of the metal channel? We will also need you to confirm the exact weight of the window sash. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to order?

As for the pivot bar, can you write out the length and width? We'd also like to know the distance between the two screw holes, measured from center to center.

Sorry this is a long time ago thread, but the width of the chanel is 5/8" wide.  The sash weighs 18.15 pounds.  I am looking for 8 balances.  I am not sure what you are speaking about in terms of the pivot bar.....what is that?  Thank you

Thank you for getting back to us. I'm going to email you a purchase link for (8) S751-29 (28R) balances rated for 15 to 22 pounds with the 15-043 terminal clip attached, which you can use to place an order on our website.

Note that you will also have to drill a hole in the new channels so that they can install like your old ones.

The pivot bar is the part shown in your third photo. We don't have an exact match for yours, so we'll need to know the previously requested details.

Emily,

The pivot bar is 3" long and is a hair over 1/4" wide.

Thank you kindly! Take a look at the 26-089 pivot bar. Review the specifications for this part and see how they compare with your old part.
