need help

Thank you for your help! I need 4 balances. They're for 2 different windows, they seem to be identical but 2 say "28B" and 2 say "28D". Photos attached!

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S378-29, S380-29 or S385-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these three balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best.

You then have to choose a stamp option, which designates the balance's strength. For the balances stamped 28B, choose 2820, and for the balances stamped 28D, go with 2840. Let me know if you have further questions.
