The window weighs 13.5 lbs.
Both coils damaged just purchased and replaced in July.
One snapped
One bent.
Please advise?

This assembly appears to be a match for the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. It is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance, which is anchored in your window track using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.

Given the sash weight, I suggest using the S180-07 balances to complete the assemblies. These will support a total of 14lbs.
