need help

I need help with fixing my window balances. I contacted Muhler Inc and they referred me to Swisco.

I purchased a 795 series 28-C with a 15-194 T Lock balanced closed. Everything fits well except the T Lock. The T Lock is too thick and will not fit into the existing channel in my window. I am hoping there is an easy fix for this. We don't have any product information on the windows.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance isn't the Series 795 or any of the stock balances we sell on our website. What you have here is what we call a skinny version of the S795, which must be a custom order. If you can tell us the quantity of balances you're looking to order, we can prepare a price quote.
