Have SEMCO windows and some balances have failed. Have taken the balances out of a larger window and its part number is DB J03 TGX T (the J03 is stamped across compared to the rest of the number). Are replacement balances available?

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to the shoe at the end of the cord. This is the 15-233 Great Lakes shoe, which is not available as a standard option on any of our assemblies.

Before we can begin, I need a bit more information from you. To start, please verify the exact length of the metal channel by itself, as well as the weight of the sash down to the ounce. We unfortunately cannot garner measurements from a photo of a tape measure, so all relevant sizes need to be written out. Just to be safe, please also verify that the metal channel is 1/2" wide.

Lastly, please tell me how many balances you needed altogether.
