need help identifying and replacing my window shoes

A handy person from new hyde park says:
could you identify the shoe? sorry about the rotation. Also the proper way of getting them out the track. there are no slots on the sides of the track to slip them out.

Thanks for posting! I'm pretty confident we can get you a good match for this shoe, but it will depend very much on its dimensions; specifically, its width and thickness. The only way to get those accurately is to remove it from the window first.

Since your window doesn't have a pre-made cut out to remove the shoe, then you'll have to make one yourself. You could also consider purchasing our 75-069 jamb spreader set. We have a tutorial video on both methods of removal that I think you will find very helpful.

Once you have an accurate measurement for the width and thickness, please let me know what they are and we can find you a good match.

Perfect, thank you so much. Looks like your shoe is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. With that in mind, I recommend our 15-046. This is the same size and should be compatible with your existing balance and pivot bar. Let me know what you think!
