need help with this part

The cam broke on both sides as I was trying to tilt the window. These windows are from Softlite.
I think there is a 0 above the metal cam.
I do have replacement pivot pins, which I had to replace already. I thought that would help the window engage but the shoes are just staying at the bottom of the window.
