need lock replaced

Hello,

The locking mechanism is tough to function. I have to partially remove the key to get it to open so would like to replace the lock. I cant find a model number on the door or anything so helping the pics can help.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-086 with 3-15/16" installation holes, as well as the 82-265 mortise lock, to your original patio door hardware. Review the specifications shown on our product pages and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
