need metal cam and how to replace for AAMA code PAR-1 vinyl tilt window

Hi the metal cam part is broken on this one bottom sash and so window is difficult to move up and down.sash is not held by pivot shoe. W329321-1 is number on sash and AAMA code is PAR-1 series 8321-1.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to SWISCO. Your manufacturer code PAR-1 didn't come up on the AAMA list, but we do recognize your pivot shoe as our 15-177 shoe. It is used with our Series 152 screw on coil springs. For the correct coil spring weight, we will need the stamped code number on it.
