Hey, Sandy. I believe we can help. Before we recommend anything, though, you will need to remove the pivot shoe in your window and tell me its width and thickness. I would also like to see the pivot bar that goes into this shoe so that we can be sure we get one that's compatible.

Here is the pivot shoe width 1 1/4 in &
Thickness 1/2 in

As we mentioned, we need to see a photo of the pivot bar to make a recommendation, so we were waiting to receive that. Can you send a photo?

I'm sorry, I'm confused. It looks like you're showing us a picture of our 26-403 from our catalog. Is that what you have? I would have preferred to see your own pivot bar, but assuming you have an exact match for our 26-403, and based on the dimensions of your shoe, our 15-046 may be a match. Carefully look it over and see what you think.
