need parts for my windows

A quick learner from California says:
My front windows are 20 years old. The plastic side locks on 2 of them need to be replaced (see pictures above).

One of them also won't stay up any more. I've done some research and I am not sure if it's the pivot, the shoe, or the spiral that goes into the metal tube. Can you please identify replacement parts for this window so I can fix it?

Thanks so much!

Hello! Your tilt latch here looks like a match for our 26-089P, but look it over and see what you think.

As for the window not staying up, that's usually caused by the balance. The pivot shoes don't actually have any role in keeping the window up, they just connect the balance to the sash and allow the sash to tilt in.

If you have a spiral balance, and considering that this is a tilt window, you only have two choices: the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600.
