need pivot shoe and spring

Question

The parts are for Anderson Silver-Line windows that are 10 years old.

This appears to be a combined unit (spring and shoe) where the spring has broken. The clear plastic triangle shaped piece is what holds the spring in place mid-frame.

Please note the "7" on the shoe. These windows use 2 per sash; one on each side.

Hi John,

This coil assembly can be replaced with the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot used along with the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your housing is stamped with a 7, you'll need the S180-07.

The plastic piece that anchors the coil in place is the 16-031 Mounting Bracket. You may also need the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
