need replacement casement window crank mechanism

hi. i just moved into a new house and i need a replacement for this, INCLUDING the part that connects to the window itself - the arm currently doesn't have anything to "grab on" to.

This looks like the 39-438B operator, which is compatible with the 39-566 track (sold separately). Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.

Please note that the 39-451 is sold separately.
