need replacement crystal window pivot lock

I need a pivot lock for a crystal window that requires a 28 inch spiral balance. The thickness is 9/16" and approximately 2" tall. Suggestions?

Good morning, and thanks for the pictures. Before I can offer an applicable replacement pivot shoe for this, however, I will also need to know its width. It may be easier for you if you remove the pivot shoe from the window before taking this measurement. Take a look at the video below for the best method of removing your pivot lock shoe from the jamb. Let me know!

They appear to be 1 1/4 inch wide. Thanks JEC

Good morning, and thanks for getting back to us. Based on these dimensions, I recommend that you look at our 15-129 Pivot Shoe. Does this look about right? Make sure to compare it to your own hardware. Let me know what you think!
