need replacement handle/kit

Hey there. I am afraid that glass imprint is for the glass maker, not the door itself. But manufacturing info is usually not helpful anyways. Can you show me the mortise lock in the door the handle set works with? That's the quickest way of narrowing it all down. Thanks.
