Hi,
I need window operators (L & R) to replace 2 Reuten operators on an older window. I have attached two pictures, an overall and a detail of the crank mechanism. The length from the arm's hub (?) to the center of the wheel (bushing?) that slides in the track is right at 11 inches. Do you have something that would work?
Thanks,
David

BTW, the window itself is 22 inches wide. I see from looking at your online catalog that 11' seems an uncommon arm length. Could 9' or 13.5' be substituted with appropriate new track? I also see that you do offer an 11' arm with a side, rather than sill mount. Would that be possible to use with a change in trim? Thx.

I think your best bet to replace this operator is our 39-027E and 39-028E. I don't know if anything else we carry will replace this old operator. It's better to go with a shorter arm (9-1/2" in this case) than longer, since the worst that can happen in the case of a shorter arm is that your window won't open up an extra couple inches. Worst case scenario with a longer arm is that the window won't close an extra couple inches, which is of course no good at all.
You may also need a new handle and track. See our 39-114L handle and 39-533 track.

Thanks, Tom, for the helpful and detailed reply. I place my order and look forward to getting my windows cranking again.
