need replacement parts for winder balance

3/8"coil spring window balancer, 1 3/8"spring on each slide in a vinyl 3 sided channel connects to a plastic shuttle, I need the shuttle shown in pictures turquoise plastic with an adjustment screw.

I have no idea what brand these windows are which now 23 years old.

Hello! That little shuttle is called a friction shoe. It looks just like our 15-104 and I'm confident this will work for your window.

Keep in mind that we won't be able to replace the spring itself. If that's broken in any way, you'll need new jamb liners entirely.
