Does the 26-210 pivot bar holder go with the 26-040 3"inch pivot bar?
I have 3" pivot bars, what holder is used with it?

Yes, the 26-040 pivot bar will fit in the 26-210 holder.

The 26-210 Pivot Bar Holder is normally used with 26-056 Pivot Bar.
