it is 69 inches not counting the clips approx 1/2 inch wide
I found the numbers 26 5 BSIN on the balancer
need to replace or repair window balancer

Hello! Thanks for posting. This looks like a match for our Series 795 channel balance. I would confirm the length of the metal channel, though. I don't think they ever made these in 69" lengths. That doesn't match your stamp, either.
