need window balance

I'm a return customer and have another broken balancer and shoe that needs to be replaced. I need both sides for the window. I will send photos and info for the window. Thanks!

Thank you for the photos! We don't sell this pivot shoe but take a look at the 15-199. This is designed to work with the 1/2" wide Series 160 and 3/8" wide Series 165. Review the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.

as long as they can work or replace what I have.i don't have much choices with these windows. I need the coil and housing also basically the whole set up. Thanks!

The Series 160 and Series 165 are compatible with quite a few coil housings. To help narrow down your options, can you write out the width of your coil spring band? It should be either 1/2" or 3/8". I also recommend checking the band for any stamped numbers.

If there aren't any, we will need to know the exact weight of the sash to determine the proper coil spring weights.

width is 1/2 the number stamped on the coil is 9 the weight of the window sash is 18.6

Thank you! Since the springs are 1/2" wide and stamped 9, I recommend the S160-9 9-pound spring. One of these on each side of the window will total 18 pounds of overall support. For a new coil housing, see the 15-150S.
