Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balances you have here are jamb liner spring balances. Unfortunately, this is no something we are able to supply replacements for but we do have a replacement for the shoe. It is the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe.

Since this is a wood window, you'll need to reach out to a local mill work in your area to inquire about the best replacement options.
