need window channel balance and clip

could you please help find which is a right channel balance for my home. I measured the old one (broken): channel balance shoe deep 7/8" (15-029?). The top looks like 19-005. The channel width is 1/2", the length 28".
I need purchase 3 channel balance and 1 clip 16-002

Thanks for posting. We'd be happy to supply these balances for you, but they'll have to be custom made since none of our stock items use the 15-029 shoe. Can you just double-check the metal channel length, not including those nylon fittings? If it's indeed 28" long, a stamp of 28-D would be a bit unusual, and I would need the exact weight of the window sash that uses these balances as well. From there I'll get a quote written up for you. Hi, I measured the window channel length and weight it today. The length is 28" and exact weight of the window is 22.5 lb. The first photo I sent you is on the right side of window. It still working well. May be you could match it.

Hey Ling. I have a quote prepared for 28" balances with the 19-005 and 15-029 attached. They will be stamped 2740, which means they can support a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 pounds. Make sure this all seems right to you before proceeding. If you need (3) balances that is what I will write the quote up for, but note that we always recommend replacing both balances in a window at the same time, so if you want (4) instead let me know. From there I'll email you a custom link to place the order.

Yes, please order 3 pieces window balances. The one at home looks new at good condition. Maybe previous owner replace it before. I need one more clip 16-002. it was missing.
How much total?
